ALL THE WORK SHOWN IN THIS GALLERY IS WORK OF THE KUWAIT TEXTILE ARTS ASSOCIATION AND THEIR ANNUAL EXHIBITION 2016

The KTAA executive Committee members and volunteers under the leadership of Donna Shaya President),Hanan AlKazemi (Exhibition Coordinator), Salma Khalid (Quilt Group Leader ) and raaju Gandhi (Fiber Art Coordinator) put on a superb show this year.

We were witness to some brilliant workmanship and talent by the textile artists , from traditional Sadu weaving , qulting and fiber arts.

Patchiran under the leadership of Michelle Gilder put on two workshops ,’Allah’ Islamic Tiles and Painted Lilies .

Michelle Gilder was also the visiting judge  and lecturer .The lecture was about Michelle Gilders journey and expereince as a designer , teacher and founder of Patchiran & Dzignpatch .
